Next, slowly move it up toward your nose until it doubles in size.<\/p>\n<p>This workout is often performed for 15 minutes per day, at least 5 days a week.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Bottom line<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><i>Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (2020)<\/i><\/b><b> published a study that shows office-based vision therapy combined with at-home activities is more successful for children than pencil push-ups or computer-based therapy<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Convergence insufficiency treatment can take three months or longer.
